Sometimes you feel like a nut … sometimes you don’t! Sing it with me … “Almond Joy’s got nuts, Mounds don’t.” Sorry, couldn’t resist.
Well, earlier this week I felt like a nut. I spotted something interesting on the floor of my clothes closet and I … well, watch this video to see what I did.Â
You’re a nut, but clever! I like!
Nutty is right!!
i’d use them to make papers and as masks
Wow! I never would have thought to do that! So great!! Thanks for sharing and thanks so much for the chance to win!
So funny the things you see when you look around you!
I love how your mind works- If I won the brushes, I would not have to dirty my own new shoes!!!
Lol! Laurie! Good thinking!
Very cool Vicki! It was great to see all your shoes too! Awesome collection of brushes and shoes! You rock girlfriend!!!
You didn’t know I was so stylish did you girlfriend!
I love it. Such awesome brushes. I am going to try to buy new shoes with the dual purpose of stamping and style.
Lol, Mary! But remember, I accept no liability for ruined shoes!!!
I will probably use them in an art journaling page.Or behind a photo.Perhaps with a Sherlock Holmes kit because there are footprints 😉
Thanks for the chance ♥
Have a fabulous week-end.
Sherlock Holmes! What a great idea!
Who would think that the bottom soles of your shoes would be an inspiration! ? !
Only silly people like me!! lol!
Now that is real ingenuity! 🙂
I know, right??? LOL!
Very cool brushes! Love your art journal design!
Thanks, Sabrina!
This was great fun. I like to art journal so think these would fit right in.
Oh thanks! I think they’d make great texture on a page!
Awesome – what a wonderful set of brushes and can one ever have enough?? thank you for the chance to win.
I absolutely agree! Never, ever enough brushes! ever!
I use “artsy” brushes for texturing, blending, creating empahsis, clusters – you name it! Thank you for sponsoring the giveaway.
Agreed! They work on all sorts of pages!
I think I would try using these brushes to do edges around the page or for texture anywhere it’s needed. Of course I would use BOLD colors!
Well of course, Vicki!!
That is such a cool idea!
What a great video! I enjoyed watching you make these! I would love to grunge up some filler cards with these!
Thanks so much, Cindy!
you are crazy lol…love it and I must try this too…do you have a tutorial somewhere on how to turn them into brushes?
Crazy is right! There might be a tutorial or a class ….

You amaze me. Only you could be so creative 🙂
Oops forgot to put how I would use them. Well that is easy they would be stamped on my layout – maybe as a cluster or peeking out from under photos
Nuts, right?
So wild!!! Love your creativity!!
Thanks, Kay! Such fun!
You are crazy lady…but what cool stamps…would be really fun on scrapbook pages and mixed media! 🙂
Lol! It WAS crazy, huh?
Will have to get these just because they are so original and trippy. It was great fun to look over your shoulder as you created them, thanks for sharing the process with us.
I would use these brushes as a foundation for photos or clusters.
That is too funny!!!! I do love the way they turned out though.
You wouldn’t believe how hard it was not to laugh during the filming, Hannah!
