February 2020 Challenge

The winner of the $5 coupon to my shop has been announced!

At least for the first part of this year, my focus is on making sure I create at least one page just for myself each month. And since time is always an issue – as is confronting an expanse of white space – I am again choosing to go small. I decided to use a digital shipping tag as my page because I can print it and use it as an actual gift tag.

The tag came together quickly – it’s just one of my own sketches and some brush work along with some ideas that have been floating around in my head. Sometimes, I know I overthink things and then try too hard to create a masterpiece – when all I really need to do is just enjoy the process of making something.  I’ve printed this tag and stuck it to my craft cabinet as a reminder to not take things so seriously!

 

Of course, you can choose to just decorate a tag as I have done, or you can use the decorated tag and elements on a page size of your choosing – totally up to you! 

February’s featured kit is “Heartfelt” – use it in your challenge submission and you’ll get an extra entry into the coupon drawing – read on for more info.

The Challenge

Participants in my monthly challenges are entered into a drawing for a $5.00 coupon to my shop! And  if you use “Heartfelt: on your page you’ll automatically get another entry into the contest! 

  • Use the tag and at least one of the text elements I’ve provided to create your page.
  • Any other products used on the page must be by Vicki Robinson Designs.
  • If you use elements from February’s Featured kit “Heartfelt” on your page, you’ll automatically be entered a second time in the coupon drawing!
  • Upload your page to the Vicki Robinson Designs Gallery at Oscraps
  • Come back to this Challenge post and leave a comment, along with a link to your page in my gallery.

This challenge runs through the last day of the month.  The winner will be announced on this page and notified via PM in the Oscraps forum the following week.
