Coping with Stressful Times

As the reality of living with COVID-19 is starting to become more and more clear, I have felt my anxiety level rising.  As I menioned in my Ten Ways to Fight the Coronavirus Blues post, I felt the need to do something creative, hoping to relieve a bit of that tension.  I also felt a very real desire to connect with others who might be feeling the same way.
I decided to hold my first ever Facebook Live Chat, which I did this past Saturday. The purpose was just to say hi, answer questions about art journaling and digital scrapbooking and to share some of the art I have created. It ended up being just over 30 minutes long and I really enjoyed sharing with everyone. If you missed it, you can watch the replay below here.

I’d love to know if Facebook Live chats are something you’d be interested in – leave me a comment below. And if you want to be notified 30 minutes before I go live, just click the button below and then enter your email address.  Doing so won’t subscribe you to my newsletter (which you can do using the Subscribe link at the top of this page), but it will ensure you don’t miss another live chat.

Coping With Special Offer

(Get it? COVID –   Coping???  Lol)

I had several questions about the kit I used to make my digital art journaling page. I used my Tranquility Kit and if you think you’d like to use to to cope with ANY kind of stress, I’ve got a deal for you!

I’ve combined my Tranquility kit with my Breathe kit PLUS a set of four Tranquility gifts – all for the cost of the Tranquility kit alone! This is a limited time offer – so grab it now using the button on the right!

I’d love to see any pages you make with these products. You can upload them to my Oscraps gallery.  And why not participate in my current challenge to distract yourself even more?
