Creative mojo is a fickle thing. It comes and goes. You never know when it’s going to visit and when it goes it can be gone in a flash. Very rude of mojo to behave that way. At the very least it could give you some warning it’s leaving town, so you don’t get all dressed up and have nowhere to go.
I’m happy and more than a little surprised, however, to report that the last few weeks, I’ve had more creative mojo than I have waking hours. I’m not complaining, mind you. But geesh! Trying to reign mojo in …. well I’ve decided to just go with the flow.
I’m taking an online Abstract Floral class – because if it’s “abstract” no one can point out much the end result does not look like the real thing. What a freeing thing that is – creatively at least. If I make a “mistake” it’s all good – I meant for that blob to be there. And “that”? Oh that’s my “interpretation” of a leaf. Or a paint blob. Or texture. Or …..
That’s my story and I’m sticking to it!

Do you think that if you applied the Black & White Adjustment Layer, then, moving the sliders, you could get a good contrast? I may try that. I love this effect!
Oh you are SO sweet, Su! Thanks so very much for the kind words! Yes, I’m sure the B&W adjustment layer would work too!!
